Field Trip
April 2016

We left the school at 9.45 and walked to the shop.We wore hi vis jackets for safety.

Before we left the classroom we estimated how long and how far the shop was from our school.
It took 14 minutes to walk there and it was 0.6km or 600m from the school.
We did a questionaire and one of the questions was how much is a litre of petrol or diesel.

Each pupil had a section to investigate these children were looking in the confectionary
section.

These pupils researched aisle 4, it had drinks and pet food.
16.50 was the most expensive item in this aisle and it was dog food.

These pupils researched the diary aisle- milk was the most popular item sold every day.

At the cashier counter we ask the shop keeper lots of questions- we asked her about her security system.
